These Lark APAC Ambassador Terms (“Terms”) apply to your participation in any Lark marketing or referral program (each a "Program," and collectively, "Programs"). Any person or entity (“you”) that participates or attempts to participate in a Program must accept these Terms. By registering for a Program, you agree to comply with the Terms between you and Lark Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Lark,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms incorporates, and you agree to comply with, the most up-to-date version of all policies, appendices, specifications, guidelines, schedules, and other rules referenced in these Terms and any other policies that apply to tools and features made available to you under the Program (“Program Guide”).
By signing up for the Program, you confirm that you have read, understand, acknowledge, and accept the Terms and agree to be bound by them.
1.
Program Guide
Lark is launching a Lark Ambassador Program, to encourage individuals to promote Lark to their friends, network and social media audiences.
Lark reserves the right to deactivate your membership in the Program with immediate effect if we find any violation(s) to our Terms and Conditions.
1.
Lark Ambassador eligibility:
a.
You must generate your personalised affiliate link, and use it for all your referral activities. Referrals that do not originate from your personalised link will NOT be attributed to you
b.
Your primary residence is in one of the following countries ("Eligible Markets"): Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
2.
By participating in our Lark Ambassador Program, you confirm and acknowledge that:
a.
Your participation does not violate your own company's internal policies and procedures;
b.
You are not allowed to make any representation on behalf of the Lark team about pricing, product features, discounts, etc., that is not readily available public information.
c.
You are not allowed to apply undue pressure or influence to sign Lark contract(s). Once you share your affiliate link, the Lark team will lead all follow-up discussions and business negotiations.
d.
You will not use any rewards received under this Program to provide kickbacks or rebates to customers or potential customers' employees, in addition to the discounts agreed in the contract to obtain trading opportunities
e.
Promotion rewards are settled according to the policy rules at the time of referral.
f.
You will disclose receipt of any rewards received under this Program as required under any legal, contractual, or policy obligations
3.
There are two ways to earn money from this program:
a.
Sponsored Posts: You must be approved by the Lark marketing team to post a sponsored post. Each sponsored post will be rewarded at a rate that will be informed to you separately via communication on Lark. All sponsored posts must meet the following guidelines:
i.
Be substantial in creativity and thought (as determined by the Lark marketing team)
ii.
Tagging the official Lark account
iii.
Lark is the main topic of the post
iv.
Your personalised affiliate link is tagged
v.
Be a permanent post on their social media (i.e. minimum 30 days)
vi.
Represent Lark in a professional and appropriate manner
vii.
Give Lark marketing team the rights to 'boosting' their social media post (i.e. using your post in an advertising campaign) for no additional compensation
b.
Referral Bonus Payment: You will also earn a Referral Bonus Payment based on paid closed won deals that originate from your personalised affiliate link. This will be a tiered system based on the number of licenses we sell in the closed won deal.

*: Or the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the prevailing exchange rate in your jurisdiction at the time of payment, as may be determined by Lark. This alternative applies only if payment to you in your local currency is required by law.
a.
To be eligible for the Referral Bonus Payment:
i.
The referred business must be headquartered in one of the Eligible Markets
ii.
The referred business must have signed a contract for a minimum period of one-year; AND
iii.
The referred business must have made payment to Lark; AND
iv.
The referred business must be actively using Lark for a minimum of 1 month (30 days)
v.
The Lark Ambassador must have completed the contract signing and KYC process required to process payment
4.
Payment Process:
a.
In order to receive payment from your activities in the Program, you must:
i.
Accept these Terms and Conditions when enrolling in the Program
ii.
Provide your bank account details
